Where Do We Ship?
We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we'll do our best to get your order to you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 7 to 15 business days
- Rest of Europe: 10 to 18 business days
- United States & Canada: 10 to 20 business days
- Rest of World: 12 to 20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders of €30,00 and above
- €4,00 shipping fee on orders below €30,00
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package on our Track Order page.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Orders
