At LiftWise, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligible Reasons for a Refund
We accept refund requests in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product was never delivered
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact us at kyandj.z@outlook.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Process
If your request is approved, we will issue a partial or full refund depending on the nature of the issue. You do not need to return the product — we handle everything on a case-by-case basis to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
